Benefits include: increased strength, running faster, increased vertical, agility, stamina and endurance. Remember you have to put in the time in order to get better, Coaches are Sarah Petite, and Kiel Fechtelkotter. See you in camp! Starts June 8th and goes until July 30th. (Monday -Thursday). (No Fridays) 1st Session: 7th-12th grade girls 8 am-9am 2nd Session: 9th-12th grade boys 9 am-10am 3rd Session: 7th-8th grade Boys 10-11am Mondays and Wednesdays are at the track for sprinting, change of direction drills and plyos Tuesday and Thursdays are lifting in the fitness center Cost is: $200.00Summer 2026 -

Flag FootballYouth SportsFor Boys & Girls entering 3rd-6th grade. Join us to learn football basics by playing flag football. Divisions will be split up into 3rd and 4th grade no contact flag football, and 5th and 6th grade "flex" flag football. Flex flag football is flag football with soft flex helmets and shoulder pads. We will begin to introduce contact by adding blocking but there is no tackling allowed. Each player will be issued a helmet and shoulder pads prior to the game, mouth guards are required. League runs August 30- September 27. Games consist of two 20 minute running time halves, with a 5 minute half time.
